Job Description

1. Contract Handling:

• Coordinate with departments to execute contracts.
• Translate contracts for tax or internal needs.

2. Purchasing and Supplier Management:

• Research products, source new suppliers, and manage orders.
• Interview vendors, visit supplier facilities, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain ERP records, process supplier payments, and resolve shipping/quality issues.
• Coordinate with customers on production plans and order schedules.
• Provide translation and interpretation in meetings.

3. Market Expansion:

• Research new markets and products.
• Manage sales on e-commerce sites and company website.
• Attend trade fairs in Vietnam and abroad to expand business opportunities.

Job Requirement

Requirement:

• Bachelor of Business Administration , International Trade,…
• Proficiency in English ( IELTS > 6.5)
• Experience: Fresh Graduate or 1 – 2 years in Construction material field/ Food
