Forecast, launch, price, and allocate new cleaning appliances; coordinate with national retail, marketing, and other departments to develop SI, ST, and SO plans.
Engage in in-depth communication with clients, promote product lines and competitive strategies, achieve sales targets, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
Monitor the full product lifecycle, manage inventory flow, identify potential risks, and implement effective countermeasures.
Strengthen and expand various sales channels to increase brand exposure and product coverage.
Establish and maintain a pricing system to ensure healthy and sustainable growth for all client levels.
Collect and analyze market and competitor data to adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
Sales management: Set sales targets and take full responsibility for sales performance.
Volume-profit-cost control: Optimize pricing through volume-profit-cost analysis to maximize product profitability and ensure business success.
Job Requirement
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least one year of GTM operations experience in the same industry.
Proven track record in successfully operating electronic products.
Experience in independent market development or channel (KA preferred) partnership negotiations.
Fluent in Mandarin or English as a working language.
Strong communication, resource coordination, and team leadership skills.
