Job Description

●Align with Production Manager/ Operation Manager to formulate objectives and understand requirements from BOD.

● Organize workflow to meet productivity, specification, and deadlines

● Monitor production to resolve issues

● Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel such productivity, quality, safety and compliance

● Coaching to the new workers/ Group head how to operate machine, material arrangement, check the quality and follow the requirement

● Tracking and reporting on production, shift schedule organization, Work-in -Progress, labor and products movement

● Work closely with QEHS, Maintenance, Accountant, Hr… team to meet the business ,certificate and social activities requirement.

● Maintains the data in the manufacturing and reporting to Production Manager/ Factory manager

Job Requirement

Speaking / writing in English is more reference

Bachelor’s degree preferably of university of economics, food industry…

Good communication and leadership skill, capability of problem-solving and team working

Computer literacy in MS Office

01- or 2-years’ experience in food industry
