Commercial Control Coordinator (Contract 12 months)

Job Description

Collaborate and partnering with operations on cost and process control and oversee Commercial activities and S2C operation process.

· Streamline and oversee Commercial activities and S2C operation process.

· Review and strengthen controls for management of gifts/ tool of trade and support to follow up field audit/ market visit activities.

· Operational control - collaborate and partnering with operations on cost and process control

· Coordinate and follow up automation initiative and system change request in Commercial Control (DMS, Power app, SAP, other initiatives)

· Coordinate training and maintaining documentation on Commercial control's internal policies, SOP, procedures, and workflows.

· Consolidate and monitor payment plans for Commercial activities and validate supporting documents for commercial payouts

· Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

· Fresh graduates are welcome and having 1-2 years of experience in commercial finance or accounting within the FMCG industry is a plus.

· Proficient in English, with excellent writen and verball communication skill

· Advance computer literacy (Excel, Word) and experience in Power BI, Power Automate is a plus.

· High commitment and result oriented.

· Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
