Commercial Finance Excecutive

Job Description

OBJECTIVES

Be responsible for financial analysis and business performance assessment related to the Company’s commercial activities; support the evaluation of financial impacts of products, sales programs, and marketing campaigns in order to optimize business performance and profitability.

MAIN MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform financial analysis and assess business performance across management dimensions (products, channels, business units, etc.).

2. Analyze the financial impact of:

   • New products / product models

   • Business models and business proposals

   • Sales programs, marketing campaigns, and business projects

3. Provide in-depth financial and business analysis, along with recommendations, to support decision-making by Senior Management and authorized stakeholders.

4. Conduct early forecasting based on business trends and key influencing factors; assess the feasibility of business plans at business unit level.

5. Collaborate with relevant departments to collect, process, and analyze data for business and financial analysis purposes.

6. Develop and maintain financial models; participate in budgeting and forecasting activities as assigned.

7. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by the Line Manager.

8. Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations related to assigned tasks.

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or equivalent roles.

• Experience or understanding of the financial services environment is a plus.

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of financial principles and business performance, with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

• Ability to process and analyze data for financial and performance evaluation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in financial modeling is an advantage.

• Ability to work with data and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) is a plus.

• Ability to use English effectively in a professional working environment.
