Job Description
Position Title: Commercial Operations Executive (3rd party contract)
Department: Commercial Operations - SEA Expansion
Report to: Export BBP Assistant Manager
Working location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with customers, coordinate with LE team/Export team, OTC team to ensure pending AR is collected timely.
- Flag the AR collection risk to LE team timely for LE management & shipment loading plan.
- Resolve problems of the statement of Accounts Reconciliation with SEA customers and EU/China/Vietnam OTC teams.
- Coordinate with PPM/Markets to ensure that accruals and reimbursements are proceeded accurately, on-time for Sales and Marketing Package.
- Manage, follow up, resolve problems for Returnable packaging reconciliation with customers, Supply, Export team.
- Work with PPM/Markets/Legal to complete the signing process for contracts/amendments.
- Follow up with Vietnam/China Supply, marketing, markets to maintain the aligned project timeline.
- Arrange & follow sample to SEA countries.
- Admin and other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1/ Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/having Accounting knowledge is preferred.
2/ Experience
- 1-2 years experience in consumer goods/ or related
- 1-2 years in role that working with Customers and Commercial
3/ Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to communicate complex concepts into simple messages in both oral and written format
- Can work under pressure
- Ability to work with many cross functions team and multinational culture
- Experience with SAP is a plus
