· Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, assess, and manage suppliers for metal parts. Develop long-term partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and supply stability.
· Cost & Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve cost savings.
· Market & Risk Analysis: Monitor global metal market trends, raw material prices, and supply chain risks to develop procurement strategies.
· Quality & Compliance: Ensure suppliers meet industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, RoHS, REACH).
· Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization: Work closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams to manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain performance.
· Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· 3-7 years of experience in procurement or commodity management, specifically in lead, cable, or electrical components.
· Strong knowledge of lead and cable materials, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.
· Experience with contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.
· Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
