PERSOLKELLY's client - a Korean-owned technology solutions and software development company based in Hanoi, is URGENTLY looking for 01 Company Culture Officer (Event Management cum Corporate Culture Development) position to join their team with details as below:
(1) Job Description
In this role, you'll play a role in shaping and championing our positive company culture. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative initiatives that foster employee engagement, build strong team connections, and create a fun and rewarding work experience.
(2) Role & Responsibility:
Company Culture (80%)
Plan and execute company events: Prepare master plan for one year. In charge all kind of internal company event such as team building activities, campaign, small event for social gathering, year-end party etc. you'll be the mastermind behind creating memorable experiences for our employees.
Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives: Organize and spearhead impactful CSR activities allowing employees to give back and make a difference.
Budgeting and planning: Following the budget amount, prepare the quotation for activity/gift item, list up event timeline in detail, to operate the event smoothly without issue.
Poster/Design: Design poster, campaign promotion, invitation, create video by using drawing platform to promote the company event visually. Also, decorate company information board in the office.
Welcome new joiner: Greeting new joiner, setup all necessary items for smooth on boarding, fully support OJT schedule based on the plan such as room arrangement
Recruitment/Report (20%)
Support recruitment process such as summarize the document, list up key information following the request.
Support prepare report such as collect information from related department, provide accurate information on time.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by senior colleagues.
Job Requirement
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree above
Major in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or other related fields
English Advance Level is a must
Korean language is a plus
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, in Global Company
Deep understanding of HR functions
SKILLS:
Strong communication skill with create ideas for various event
Experience in negotiating and cooperating with agencies
High responsibility, detailed personality who can take cares own works
Good problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
Provide correct information and good reporting skills to get final decision
Able to work under pressure, capability of working in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple jobs
