Purpose of Job / Job Summary:
Responsible for the administration and delivery of compensation and benefits programs that are aimed at improving employee satisfaction and creating a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Well control all compensation and benefits (C&B) activities in terms of payroll, insurance, personal income tax (PIT), staff’s welfare, wellness, incentives, labor contracts, and other rewards.
2. Maintain HRIS, ensure accurate information on the system, and operate payroll activities from HRIS;
3. Responsible for the legality, accuracy, timeliness, and satisfactory communication of policies, benefits, salaries, social insurance, and taxes for Expats;
4. Ensure policies and procedures of the company are in line with the local regulations, and trade union;
5. Implementation, administration, and communication of compensation and benefits programs including market data analysis and application, merit planning, annual budget plans, and reporting throughout the company under responsibility.
6. Maintain awareness and knowledge of the latest HR development practices and provide suitable interpretation to the Management and all staff;
7. Prepare human resource-related reports as required by relevant authorities or Management.
8. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Department and Management.
Person Specifications
Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources Management/ BA/ Law or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 07 years in relevant field.
Specific skills / abilities: Good working knowledge related to Human Resources Management, C&B, HR Operations;
Thorough understanding of operations budgets and funding requirements; Strong analytical and numeric skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail;
Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software; Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; Personal qualities
Good communication and negotiation, presentation skills
Ability to self-motivate, be transparent, have positive thinking, and be open-minded.
