Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our Client team, a leading Japanese pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with medical regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and verify documents related to compliance and regulatory standards.

· Ensure adherence to healthcare laws and regulations.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance strategies.

· Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance-related topics.

· Facilitate internal audits and manage corrective actions as needed.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics; additional qualifications in medical knowledge preferred.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

·         Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

·         Fluent in English with strong proficiency in all four skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
