Consumer Insight Analysis (60%)
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret consumer data from various sources such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and social media platforms.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional team, including Marketing, R&D and sales teams to provide data-driven insights that support the New products development process and effective marketing and sales strategies.
+ Monitor and Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies; conduct report in monthly basis to suggest innovative approaches to consumer insights.
+ Generate reports, presentations, and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Consumer surveys design & implementation (30%)
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research objectives and collect specific data required to support business goals.
+ Design and develop survey questionnaires to gather relevant and accurate data.
+ Implement surveys through various methods (both in-house and using agency), such as online platforms, telephone interviews, or in-person interviews.
+ Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing survey findings, including visualizations and recommendations for action.
