Coordinate with digital marketing to effectively build and manage the company's social media channels.
Build content on social channels (Website, Fanpage, Youtube, TikTok ...): Come up with image ideas, write content, edit and update, manage the website.
Write PR articles, press releases ... build scripts and be responsible for producing communication content for the brand and product.
Edit content on other channels such as email, seeding, email, social networks, zalo ....
Analyze communication trends to choose appropriate communication topics/content for each specific stage and campaign.
Administer, write SEO standard articles, edit SEO according to the website's search engine orientation.
Responsible for writing PR articles, media scripts, supporting sales content on channels and co-brand activities.
Ensure proactive implementation of summary reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content on social channels (monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual reports).
Support other members in activities related to PR/Media/Customer Care as required by management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in brand communications, journalism, communications, marketing, public relations or related fields.
3 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar position.
Fluent Vietnamese writing skills, diverse vocabulary, mastery of different expressions and writing styles.
Knowledge of SEO, and experience in writing SEO-standard articles.
Understanding and experience in managing social networks (Facebook, YouTube, ...) and website content management systems (WordPress, ...).
Good English reading and writing skills.
Good communication and interaction skills. Skills to turn ideas into content expressed specifically in text or images.
Ability to use tools to support creative content presentation effectively (such as design tools; keyword search tools on the internet;...).
Experience in implementing projects that require coordination between multiple departments/divisions.
Working time: 8:am to 5:pm from Monday to Saturday, off 2 Saturday per month.
