Performing day-to-day operational activities in customer service (CS).
Giving excellent services to customers.
Receive/respond to all incoming inquiries by Email/Chat/App.
Moderate Content on User Generated Content on social networks
Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project.
Working 20-22 days/ month, 5 days/ week.
Service Time: shift rotation

Graduation from College or above.
Intermediate in English (Preferably with IELTS 6.0-7.0) no need certificate
6 months experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation is a plus (no experience but Good English also can Apply).
Having experience in customer support is a plus (no experience but Good English also can Apply).
Having experience with Customer Support Software such as Zendesk, Zoho, or Feshdesk etc... is a plus (no experience but Good English also can Apply).
Willing to work on national holidays (x 200%-300% normal salary), overtime if needed.
