Corporate Sales Officer - ILA Head Office

In charge of all administration tasks related to this position;

Collect and consolidate data to prepare required reports;

Coordinate with all ILA centers nationwide and relevant departments to ensure effective task completion;

Support the Department in other assigned tasks as requested.

College or University Degree

Fluent in both English & Vietnamese

Proficient use of Word, Excel, Microsoft Project & PowerPoint

Strong organizational abilities with effective task and time management

Proactive, independent, resourceful, and a self-motivated team player with a strong drive for results

Customer–oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills

Ability to learn and fast acting on projects and events

Experience in education and administrative tasks is an advantage

Experience in event organizing is a plus

Experience in office assisting and support
