Job Description
Responsible for Capex management and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & System development:
- Leading the project team to deliver expectation and department KPI
- Manage team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, Engineer/Maintenance system, procedures, and standards.
- Build the entire technical documentation and project roadmap.
- Build up department goals and objectives, evaluate staff performance, and coach and develop staff.
- Coordinate well with the Plant Managers, Maintenance Manager and functional departments to support, discuss and resolve issues.
Capex management:
- Preparation and Review of Capital Expenditure proposals to ensure that they are complete, accurate and comply with Company requirements.
- Ensure proper control on spend for approved Capex. Ensure proper closure of all projects.
- Preparation of annual budget, 3 Years plan & Forecast information, review and present to Management
- Supervise team in relation to performance of tasks.
- Calculate ROI and document submission for budget approval.
- Organize monthly meeting to discuss and update investment status.
- Coordinating with consultant and internal teams to execute Capex investment.
- In charge for all investment related to Civil, construction, equipment, renovation…
Process development:
- Manage process improvements and development.
- Develop new equipment to improve performance of factories.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and cost to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
- Ensure the installation and commissioning of equipment implements smoothly.
- Coordinate with relevant department for trial and validation for new equipment and improvement.
- Perform weekly and monthly report.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum of 3 years in same position in food industry
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of project management
- Must have experience of purchasing equipment.
- Good leadership skills, ability to manage and develop others.
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in Civil, HSE, food quality standards: ISO, AIB, IFS, BRC…
- Ability to travel between factories.
- Must be competent with CAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
