Job Responsibilities:
Job Description:
In charge of planning and producing content across multiple platforms: Amazon, Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Email marketing, etc. Provide creative content direction in the gift industry (POD), tailored to trends and festive occasions throughout the year.
Conduct research on customer behavior (platforms, trends, psychology, demographics, etc.) for each segment and each platform to improve content quality, aiming to increase interaction and conversion rates across channels.
Generate ideas and edit scripts for advertising content, create communication messages, collaborate with the performance team to run suitable advertising campaigns.
Guide content direction for the website, review outlines, articles. Ensure website content meets SEO standards. Monitor the growth of articles and optimize content/keywords to increase website traffic.
Regularly update trends, market research, activities of competing social channels, and understand and capture the U.S. market.
Track the performance of creative content across all channels, evaluate the impact of content, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
Manage the team (content, video, design) and be responsible for the quantity and quality of content across all platforms.
Other related tasks are assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
Understanding of U.S. culture. Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer insights.
Minimum of 4 years in a similar position (with at least 1 year of experience managing a team of 2-3 members).
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in E-commerce and Retail.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Has the ability to manage a team.Can work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Possesses skills in generating ideas, script editing, and creating content. Demonstrates writing skills.
