Job Description

  1. Creator & Affiliate Network Development
    • Research the market, competitors, and consumer behavior across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
    • Develop and execute a Creator & Affiliate strategy to expand the company’s MCN (Multi-Channel Network).
    • Build and manage a network of Top-tier KOLs, KOCs, Influencers, and Affiliate Partners to drive high-converting sales campaigns.
    • Establish relationships with agencies, MCNs, content creators, fan pages, and groups to optimize Social Commerce revenue.
  2. Creator Management & Campaign Execution.
    1. Oversee high-revenue live streaming sessions, ensuring performance meets a minimum of $20,000 per session per top Creator.
    2. Manage KOL/KOC booking, product placements, and livestream collaborations across platforms.
    3. Provide training, support, and guidance to Creators to maximize engagement & conversion rates.
    4. Work closely with Production & Creative teams to align content quality with brand objectives.
    5. Propose and manage commission structures, promotional campaigns, and performance-based incentives for Creators.
  3. Performance Management & Optimization
    • Track and analyze the Affiliate & Creator network performance, ensuring P&L targets are met.
    • Organize events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance Creator effectiveness.
    • Manage affiliate contracts, reconciliation, performance tracking, and monthly reporting.
    • Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Requirement

  1. Education & Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital media and ad campaign management, particularly within the FMCG or F&B sectors.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing for TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and cross-functional teams.
  • Background in Cooking Essential Goods or FMCG, with strong industry connections.
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms and consumer behavior.
  1. Skills & Competencies: 
  • Strong ability to strategize and execute e-commerce campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management, P&L analysis, and business planning.
  • Familiarity with emerging e-commerce tools and technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies to stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring team members is a plus.
