· CRM database maintaining and reporting, technical support and training for systems users, manage internal processes
· Technical support for CEM/CRM strategic planning, omnichannel/multichannel solutions, automation
· Management of targeted campaign based on specific segmentation of CRM system
· Sales Funnel system management in collaboration with Sales Department: KPIs achievement, Lead quality monitoring
· Technical support of customer satisfaction, customer contact and interaction program management
· Collaborate with outbound and inbound stakeholders for CRM performance
· Point of contact for CRM systems users (back-office)
· Degree in IT, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
· At least 2 year of solid working experience in a similar role
· Strong knowledge and practice of data systems and CRM platforms (SAP, DMS…)
· Analytical thinking, data-driven, process-focused aptitude
· Strong IT knowledge and excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT…)
· Good presentation and managerial skills
· Proficient verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
· Strong team player and effective working in matrix environments
