Oversee the execution and progress of cross-border e-commerce pilot projects managed by individual project owners.
Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring all pilot projects align with OnPoint’s strategic goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to project owners, addressing challenges and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor the progress and performance of pilot projects across platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, ensuring alignment with predefined KPIs.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from project owners to evaluate the success and scalability of each pilot initiative.
Present regular updates, performance reports, and actionable recommendations to the CEO or steering committee for decision-making.
Resource and Risk Management:
Allocate resources effectively across pilot projects, ensuring each project owner has the support and tools required for success.
Identify potential risks in pilot initiatives and collaborate with project owners to develop mitigation strategies.
Supplier and Product Oversight:
Work with project owners to ensure the sourcing of local suppliers in Vietnam for developing products targeted at international markets.
Oversee compliance with quality, pricing, and regulatory standards across all pilot projects.
E-commerce Platform Strategy:
Ensure project owners leverage best practices for operations on key platforms, including product listings, marketing strategies, and logistics management.
Act as an escalation point for platform-specific challenges and collaborate with platform account managers to optimize opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Foster collaboration between project owners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of pilot projects.
Align pilot initiatives with OnPoint’s broader organizational objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources and synergy across projects.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on trends in cross-border e-commerce and global consumer behavior, sharing insights with project owners and leadership.
Recommend improvements and scaling strategies for successful pilot projects based on market analysis and pilot outcomes.
Job Requirement
Experience & Skills:
5-8 years of experience in e-commerce, cross-border trade, or project management, with a strong track record of overseeing multiple projects.
Deep understanding of global e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
Proven ability to guide and support cross-functional teams or project owners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
Strong experience in analyzing performance metrics and presenting insights to senior leadership.
