- Taking additional visits when there are any problems occurred on Quality, Services, ... or when Customer requests for support in case of their Seamer or Filler broken down.
- When on site:
Following up the corrective action implementation of relevant departments assigned by Customer Complaints meeting minute.
Co-operating with Manufacturing Department to improve our Quality or Services to meet up the requirement of each Customer.
To contact and/ or reply to our Customers on CTS area of responsibilities.
To provide information on Customers Status
2. Month jobs:
- Carrying out Customer filling line audit.
- Evaluating the working condition of the filling line (especially Filler and Seamer). Advising our customers to adjust or maintain the Filler, Seamer fo achieve the best performance.
- Training our Customers on Seamer set up and update technologies relative to Double Seam, handling products (empty cans and filled cans),
- Report Writing
- Training Can Plant Personnel in Customer Needs.
- Training about Can making process for customers.
- Other tasks are assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement

- Education: Degree or equivalent.
- Skills & Competence:
- Able to read/write report and communicate in English.
- Proficient in MS office.

- Conscientious, motivated, and good initiative.
- Able to work well with other functional departments.
