Curriculum Executive
I. Duties
1. Academic
Work with: Marketing Manager
Working location: GEET HO
Number of working days: flexible and can be 3 days/week
• Research, analyze, and evaluate the international and domestic curricula and trends for K-12 schools.
• Review and recommend solutions to amalgamate curricula to the needs and best practices of GEET/HIMLAM school systems.
• Support School Directors to oversee and supervise all the K-12 curriculums that are implemented at GEET schools’ system.
• Assist School Director in the coordination with curriculum providers such as IB, Cambridge, Fieldwork, Oxford, etc.
• Regular evaluation of K-12 bilingual programs for problems, solutions, and opportunities for improvement, and report on suitable options.
• Assist in Quality Assurance (QA) processes including the development of tools for evaluating teaching and learning and related professional development (PD), and support.
• Be the contact point when asked about curriculums, programs or timetables which are being applied at the school.
2. Academic Assistant to the School Director
Reporting line: School Director
Working location: Bac Ninh School
Number of working days: flexible and can be 2 days/week
• Coordinate and assist the School Director with the development and implementation of taught curriculum at school.
• Act as a bridge between Academic and Operation to make sure the implementation of the academic curriculum is run smoothly.
• Collect feedback/concern/query from teaching staff about taught curriculum and update to School Director to make adjustment/improvement where necessary.
• Ensure the accuracy of the information that is provided to School Director and different stakeholders.
• Other tasks as assigned by School Director.
II. Requirement
1. Education
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, School Administration, Education Management or related disciplines.
2. Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in educational companies, projects, and programs.
• Experience in developing and applying international curricula is desired.
3. Skills & Knowledge
• Fluent in English.
• A solutions-oriented multitasker with strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to withstand high pressure at work.
• Being assertive, honest, and effective at work.
