Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Work with Sales Team to operate the Merchant Onboarding from day 1

2. Manage after-sales process including document processing & product trainings

3. Follow-up activities and develop business strategies for Savyu’s Merchants

4. Collect Merchant feedback and common concerns to enhance service excellence

5. Support IT Team to prioritize and implement Merchant features (MVP mindset)

6. Collaborate with IT to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements

7. Be proactive to propose ideas to solve any key merchants problems.

8. Performing requirements analysis and validating user stories for IT Team

9. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

10. Other tasks as required.

Job Requirement

Job requirements 

• Good attitude, self-discipline, quick learner

• Excellent communication skill

• Have 1 years experience in business support/ customer success/ business analysis

• Preferable at least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce;

• Have experience in training, setting up and tracking KPI for team

• Good command of English and MS. Office

• Experienced in working with retailers/merchants is a plus

• Good sense of data comprehension

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
