Job Description
1. Providing mall concierge services which include attending to shoppers’ queries;
2. Assisting in customer loyalty programs, mall redemption programs and the sale of shopping vouchers;
3. Provided administrative support;
4. Attend to shoppers’ enquiries;
5. Managed incoming calls to ensure customer’s queries, and answer promptly and professional;
6. Provided solutions to solve customer’s issues;
7. Managed Lost and Found Items, Child Lost, Wheelchair service...;
8. Worked and coordinated with other teams to run smoothly day to day operation of the mall;
9. Provided mall information and free services to shoppers;
10. Assist in advertising & promotions activities such as preparing mechanics for the campaign, issuing of contest coupons, managing gifts...;
11. Managed daily, weekly and monthly reports;
12. Coordinated with in-mall tenants promotional events;
13. Build good relationship with shoppers to give them the best service as well as smooth experience when shoppers are visiting the mall.
14. Performs other tasks as assigned;
