Customer Service Representative

Job Description

1. Follow-up visits to customers and assist the business department in customer relationship maintenance

2. Daily communication with customers for orders, forecast and feedback

3. Dealing with customer dissatisfaction and complains

4. Supporting sales department to develop new customers or industries

5. Managing office routine work and backup issues

Job Requirement

1. Language: Fluent Chinese Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing, Fluent English is also preferred

2. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above

3. Other Requirements:

a) Honest, loyal, responsible, diligent, calculated, patient

b) Energetic, creative, passionate, logical

c) Good communication skill

d) Proficient in using office automation software
