Job Description
* Customer service (40%): take care service after sales
- Make contract, receive & understand clearly customer’s requirement
- Receive & follow order, solve issues to ensure deliver goods to customers on time
- Update, track order status, regularly update the data & delivery schedule on ERP system
- Make reports
* Import-export process (30%):
- Work with forwarders (mainly in Supplier list) to get quotes
- Responsible for handling and completing import and export documents (don’t need to open Customs declaration)
- Check legal methods to reduce import taxes, using CO/bonded warehouse
- Calculate & compare shipping costs and analyze information to choose the suitable transport option
* Purchasing (20%): If without experience, company can provide training for this
- Check contract, payment term....
- Check inventory, prepare purchase order after receiving requests from customers
- Release & follow PO, solve issues, receive goods, check docs & chemical data (MSDS, COA, TDS,...)
- Feedback with suppliers on the quality and quantity of goods received
- Maintain a good relationship with suppliers
* Other tasks assigned by manager (10%)
Job Requirement
- Must have: Minimum 2 years of import-export experience, good understanding about import taxes (import chemical products is a plus)
- Must have: At least 2 year of experience working with Customer
- Good service mindset to Customers and internal customers
- Good English for job (4 skills)
- Having a sense of strong responsibility and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import-Export, Economic or similar field.
- Hardworking, Attention to details, High responsible
- Good Microsoft Office skills (excel)
- Good data analysis skills is a plus
- Flexible, Progressive, Energetic
- Live near company is a plus
