Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services to the customers.
Arrange samples and send to the customers to introduce products.
Work the the customers to receive all new designs, related information to develop new products.
Work with the related departments such as QA,QC, Supply Chain,Mantainance,Planning/ Design team to develop new products and new projects.
Receives customer order (PO) and work with relating Departments to confirm the to customers.
Ensure to confirm customer’s designs to the related departments timely to start production and placing materials.
Ensures customer orders to be shipped timely as ETD commitment.
Manage to send booking request and update cargo ready daily, weekly to shipping team.
Communicates with customers for shipping documents, other documents to be required.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains relationship with customers to be assigned.
Complete other assignments, reports and special projects as requested by the Customer Service Manager.
Other arising tasks requested by the customer service manager.
