Job Description
1. Provide the best service to all customers. Always answer questions and resolve customer requests quickly and efficiently.
2. Responsible for following orders from existing and retail customers, receive and process orders of new customers in
accordance with the processes and goals of the company.
3. Ensure orders received from sales management are placed in time, delivery is strictly committed to customers.
4. Sending orders to the planning department and delivery instructions to the distribution center/factory.
5. Coordinate with QA to quickly handle complaints (provided wrong, damaged goods...).
6. Work with Imp-Exp department or shipping partner to carry out Imp-Exp procedure and deliver to customers.
7. Coordinate other departments (Purchase Department, Planning Department, Factory, Communication Department..) to
meet the order on time.
8. Supporting the Sales Department on new projects and internal requirements.
9. Other work under the guidance of the management.
Job Requirement
1. Graduate from university Import and export, Business Administration and related fields.
2. Experience: From 01-03 years of experience in customer care.
3. Foreign Language: Proficient in English
4. Skilled in using Excel, Word, PPT,...
