Job Description

• Consult, advise, and assist customers with products, brands, prices, campaigns, services, orders, and policies via social networks and email according to company procedures quickly and promptly.

• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer assistance in all operations related to orders, at each stage of the shipment, payment, return, and refund processes; coordinate with internal teams to ensure all SLAs are met at each stage of the shipment, payment, return, and refund processes.

• Decrease the loss of opportunity in the Online sale funnel by converting failed, canceled, rejected, and returned orders.

• Collaborate with Purchasing and other departments to ensure consistent messaging to different customer segments and provide accurate order status updates.

• Report arising problems immediately and perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
