Customs Team Leader (Night Shift)

Job Description

• Follow delivery plan, check shipping document.
• Declare Import-export shipment in KNQM system, VNACCS.
• Apply correct HS code for material, spare parts, and machines.
• Update Customs regulation, inspection policy for import shipments.
• Support relevant department to advise on import information and process.
• Contact Customs authorities to get their instruction and ensure we are doing it the right way.
• Regularly update new law, regulation, circular related to Customs activities.
• Contact Customs authorities to get their instruction and ensure we are doing it the right way.
• Cross-check import information between CDF, system, and actual warehouse receiving.
• Work and control forwarder, trucking service to ensure they deliver on time, meeting company requirements.
• Make import-export reports, Statistical reports, Customs KPI, VTO, etc.
• Train new members on customs procedures.
• Support team members to solve and fix any issues.
• Good communication, build strong relationships with others.
• Other tasks as required by the Manager.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduated in University, College (Import – export, Logistics, warehouse is an advantage)
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experiences in the import-export department of Logistics, CFS warehouse, Bonded warehouse companies.
• Knowledge of import-export
• Hard-working, careful, enthusiastic
• Good communication, problem-solving, and import-export skills
• Language Ability: English

• Be able to work night shift: 9PM – 5AM
• Work from Mon to Sat (off 2 Sats/month)
