Job Description
1. Data Governance:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain a consistent data framework across the Asia Strategic Group.
- Document, communicate, and ensure access to the data framework company-wide.
- Monitor compliance with data policies and ensure data privacy and protection.
2. Data Infrastructure and Lifecycle Management:
- Define and oversee the data infrastructure strategy.
- Manage data acquisition and integration from various sources.
- Ensure data is captured, stored, and organized efficiently.
- Collaborate with the software product department for desired analytical data.
3. Insights generation:
- Gather business requirements to monitor performance.
- Advise managers on data management options for insights.
- Develop solutions for insights generation and distribution.
4. Advanced Analytics:
- Analyze data to identify causes of underperformance and share findings with stakeholders.
- Research forecasting and predictive models to support timely decision-making.
Job Requirement
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python.
- At least 2 years working with the database using many programming languages.
- Experience in AWS is a plus.
- Experience in root cause investigation, building data governance framework or have good knowledge of data governance concept.
- Able to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency is a must.
