JOB SUMMARY
Data analysts play critical roles in transforming raw data into meaningful information that departments can use to improve and grow. The data analysts must be analytically skilled, and their job duties include collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data and other analytics in a business setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Collection and Processing:
o Gathering data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Supporting and standardizing all tasks and reports of Data clerks,
o In charge of the documentation system of the department,
o Cooperating with other departments for setting up and maintaining automated data processes.
• Statistical Analysis and Interpretation:
o Utilizing statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
o Presenting findings through reports, visualizations, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Data Visualization and Reporting:
o Verifying data using “go and see” approach.
o Visualizing data with graphs, infographics, and other methods,
o Crafting presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
• Problem-Solving and Recommendations:
o Identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
o Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and interpretation.
o Supporting the Production manager in decision making using data driven insights,
• Other tasks assigned by the production manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: College or University Degree.
2. Experience:
• At least 2 year of relevant work experience in data analysist .
3. Knowledge of:
• Proficient in Excel and other statistical tools.
• Expertise in statistical methodologies and data analysis.
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English (preferred).
