The Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager will spearhead the establishment and implementation of data and analytics strategies across the company. This role involves leading initiatives to design BI and advanced analytics solutions, leveraging data to drive value creation and insights. The position requires a combination of strong technical skills, close collaboration with business stakeholders to develop a long-term BI strategy, and effective management of increasing demands for advanced analytics.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a BI and analytics strategy that aligns with company goals.
Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Create data-driven reports to support management decisions.
Analyze data to detect patterns and trends to enhance marketing efforts.
Design data models for better customer understanding through segmentation analysis.
Collaborate with business strategy and transformation teams to recommend and implement process improvements.
Lead assessments of new technologies to enhance data/analytics/BI capabilities.
Manage the lifecycle of BI Transformation and key BI projects from planning to rollout.
Oversee solution providers, manage sourcing approaches, and budget for BI initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and train the BI and Analytics teams to elevate skills and knowledge.
Manage and evaluate big data and machine learning solutions using the latest technologies.
Additional Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for reporting and trend analysis.Develop and uphold effective service level agreements (SLAs) with all divisions.
Exhibit and promote a high standard of internal customer service within the department.
Provide timely and impactful reporting and analytics to internal stakeholders.
Build strong partnership with all internal teams to help them achieve their data reporting needs to drive better business outcomes.
Job Requirement
Key skills and requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in data management, analytics, and implementing smart technologies.
Proficiency in Python, R, and other relevant technologies.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and clear communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
