Job summary
Responsible for the Flow of changing ideas:
Responsibilities
Define: Develop ideas about business, product, and operations
1. Analyze and select the appropriate idea management method
2. Train and guide relevant members (Value stream) on idea management methods, frameworks, and practices
3. Guide BO, PO, and relevant members on good practices to effectively define ideas
4. Guide BO and PO in managing the Backlog
5. Establish ways of working with partners
6. Collaborate with BO and PO to identify and align plans with relevant PB/BP/partners
7. Measure and ensure transparency during the Define phase, and facilitate discussions for improvement
Build: Implement ideas about business, product, and operations
1. Coordinate regular implementation activities
2. Coordinate discussions on key topics related to idea implementation
3. Ensure Value stream/Teams follow and correctly apply practices/frameworks to deliver work efficiently and quickly
4. Identify and manage issues that arise, reducing the efficiency of Value stream/Teams
5. Coordinate the resolution of issues identified in item 4
6. Measure and ensure transparency during the Build phase, and facilitate discussions for improvement
Operate: Measure the effectiveness of ideas when put into operation
1. Ensure releases occur on schedule
2. Ensure measurement and evaluation are conducted and are transparent to key stakeholders, Value stream, and relevant teams
3. Monitor the effectiveness of the idea during the first 1-2 months of operation
4. Transition the monitoring from item 3 to BO and POs
5. Organize and receive feedback on improvements/issues during operation and coordinate planning activities to address/improve them.

- University degree or higher, preferably in technology, finance, or business.
- 2-3 years of experience as a PM, preferably in the fashion business or technology sector.
- Preferably someone with experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager in the retail or technology operations sector.
- Knowledge of the supply chain in the fashion industry.
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence (1+ years of experience)
