Main Accountabilities
1. Main Duties:
a. Demand Planning:
Consolidate sale forecast and validate/challenge base on demand analysis
Run statistical and analysis forecast based on historical data, seasonality, activities, market trend to build demand plan
Review sale performance and discuss to Sale team for demand adjustment
Coordinate all aspects of Demand Planning that support growth objectives, innovation, cost reductions, operational efficiency improvements, and reduce business waste
b. Supply Planning:
Consolidate demand and conduct supply plan for import products
Ensure supply plan meet inventory policy and service level
2. Others: Conduct projects or tasks/reporting as and when assigned by Line Manager in a timely manner.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree (prefer in Business Administration/Finance/Economic/Accounting)
Excellent in Excel and good at English/Vietnamese communications
Good at data analysis, problem analyzing & solving, time management, implementation capacity and working under high pressure.
Having knowledge about safety operation
Having carefulness, hardworking, honesty and teamwork ability.
Preferably having 1-2 year experience in multinational environment (Open for fresher)
