Be responsible of end-to-end planning process from bean to cup for Highland Coffee and act as a key business partner between supply chain and business stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Expansion,…).
Key Accountabilities:
Demand Planning:
Analyse historical data and cleansing outliers.
Generate baseline forecast by products by stores for Highland system wide.
Work with relevant stakeholders (MKT, Operations) to understand demand drivers to build the best forecast model.
Supply Planning:
Work out supply planning for raw material and packaging materials.
Work with team to advise the optimal safety stock.
Follow up supply plan and control.
Inventory:
Monitor stock health and ensure inventory meet target and maximize service level.
Report:
Daily tracking dashboard.
Monthly forecast accuracy.
Monthly inventory report.
PO fulfilment rate.
Job Requirement
Key Requirements:
At least 4 years hands on experience in Demand or Supply Planner.
Excellent in Analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.
Experts excel skills; able to build data modelling and dashboards, and analyze large data sets using different data analysis tools.
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure at times, with an enthusiastic attitude.
