The Deputy Project Manager is responsible for planning and developing businesses that involve social lifestyle, livestreams, and other business projects.
General Management, Strategic Planning, and Cost Management:
Partnering with the Brands Manager, Marketing Managers of all Brands.
Provide reports as assigned by line manager/ Brands
In-depth familiarization of Brand guidelines and company policies.
Plan and deploy annual, and monthly action for social lifestyle production, and livestream sessions which are suitable for all Brands off ACFC. Work with stakeholders to ensure that the livestream can meet expectations.
Manage the cost within the budget approved by line managers, cost-efficiency is always reinforced but without sacrificing of output.
Develop and execute customer (distributors/ wholesalers) management, maintain good relationships, and improve loyalty. Develop new relationships with potential distributors/ wholesalers in identified target markets
Build/expand and oversee the network of retailers to increase our channel depth.
Read and understand the Brand Principles deployed in VM products on the website, as well as coordinate products to create lifestyle team products according to monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets to achieve sales goals.
Understand the procurement process and system of retail and wholesale promotional programs and can make recommendations on programs and systems when necessary.
Coordinate with internal and external departments to discuss and conduct the plans.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Set up a continuous improvement process. Ensure that post-implementation reviews are carried out with root cause analysis. Task lists are updated regularly with new learnings so that the team continues to improve the operations. Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Manage cross-channel for lifestyle production and live streaming via TikTok, and Facebook,...covering both strategic and tactical aspects of running livestream.
Follow every task list in the team, especially the livestream task list.
Implement projects and other tasks as requested by the line Manager.
Job Requirement
Minimum 3 years experience in the same level position, prefer candidates who have experiences in Fashion Retail Industry, E-commerce, and Livestreaming.
Experience in Trade Marketing and events Organization.
Have good relationships with KOCs/KOLs, and host livestreams.
Able to work flexible work hours according to the timing of live stream sessions.
High knowledge of international fashion trends
