Job Description

Quản lý các công việc liên quan đến thiết kế hệ thống năng lượng mặt trời áp mái/ Manage tasks related to rooftop solar system design.
Hỗ trợ team Phát triển dự án trong quá trình khảo sát dự án mới, lên layout thiết bị và công suất lắp đặt sơ bộ, tính toán công suất lắp đặt có xem xét tới tải tiêu thụ của nhà máy – hạn chế tối đa phần công suất không sử dụng hết, xây dựng offer cho Khách hàng./ Supporting the Project Development team in the process of surveying new projects, planning equipment layout and preliminary installed capacity, calculating installed capacity taking into account the consumption load of the factory – minimizing the unused capacity, building offers for customers.
Kiểm soát nhà thầu hoặc xây dựng các báo cáo ước tính sản lượng của hệ thống sử dụng phần mềm chuyên dụng (PVSyst, HelioScope)./ Managing contractors or developing Energy Yield Assessment of systems using specialized software (PVSyst, HelioScope).
Quản lý thiết kế trong quá trình triển khai dự án: lên hợp đồng EPC (BOQ, giá cả…), quản lý và comment cho bản vẽ thiết kế, xây dựng, hoàn công…/ Design management during project implementation: EPC contract (BOQ, price, etc.), management and comment for concept drawings, for construction, as built...
Xây dựng kế hoạch, biểu mẫu kiểm soát chất lượng từ khâu nghiệm thu vật tư, thiết kế chi tiết, thi công lắp đặt, vận hành chạy thử đảm bảo phù hợp theo ý tưởng thiết kế ban đầu và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của Greensky cũng như tiêu chuẩn chung của ngành. /Build the quality assurance plan/checklist from material acceptance, detailed design, construction, installation, and trial operation to ensure compliance with the original design concept and Greensky's quality standards as well as general industry standards.
Chịu trách nhiệm cho công tác kiểm tra chạy thử (đóng điện, PR test), lên danh mục tồn cho dự án đang xây dựng. /Responsible for testing and commissioning (power on, PR test), punch list opening/closing for under-construction projects.
Hỗ trợ team Quản lý vận hành cho các công việc tối ưu thiết kế các dự án đang vận hành về: layout, bố trí thiết bị, điều khiển, sửa chữa lớn./ Supporting the Operation Management team for the optimal design of operating projects in terms of: layout, equipment layout, control, major repair.
Tham gia các dự án sát nhập và mua lại (M&A) để đánh giá thiết kế, lên phương án điều chỉnh, tối ưu./ Participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects to evaluate designs, make adjustments and optimize plans.

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Hệ Thống Điện, Điện tử, Xây dựng hoặc các ngành liên quan./ Graduated from a university majoring in Electrical Systems, Electronics, Construction or related majors.
Có kinh nghiệm và từng công tác ở các công ty nhà thầu, tư vấn, hoặc chủ đầu tư hoạt động trong lĩnh vực năng lượng mặt trời ưu tiên mặt trời áp mái./ Experience and have worked in contractors, consultants, or investors operating in the field of rooftop solar energy.
Có kinh nghiệm và các mối quan hệ cần thiết (nhà cung cấp thiết bị, nhà cung cấp giải pháp, tư vấn, nhà thầu) cho việc thiết kế và tối ưu thiết kế hệ thống năng lượng mặt trời./ Experience and necessary relationships (equipment suppliers, solution providers, consultants, contractors) for the design and optimization of solar system design.
Hiểu biết về các hướng dẫn, tiêu chuẩn, qui chuẩn thiết kế về điện, xây dựng, phòng cháy chữa cháy/ Understanding of design guidelines, standards and regulations on electricity, construction, fire prevention and fighting
Kinh nghiệm về kết cấu thép, nhà thép tiền chế, đánh giá báo cáo kiểm định kết cấu là ưu thế./ Experience in steel structures, steel buildings, evaluation of structural inspection reports is welcome.
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm./ Teamwork skills.
Kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý vấn đề./ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sẵn sàng đi công tác tỉnh./ Ready to go on a provincial business trip.
Kỹ năng đọc hiểu và viêt tiếng anh cơ bản/ Basic English reading and writing skills.
