JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, drive sales, and improve customer engagement.
Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and professional growth.
SEO and Content Marketing: Oversee SEO strategies and content marketing efforts to increase organic search visibility and engagement.
CRM and Customer Insights: Manage CRM strategies, leveraging customer data to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Paid Advertising: Direct and optimize Conversion campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to achieve maximum ROI.

Job Requirement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven expertise in paid advertising (Meta, GG), e-commerce platforms, SEO, CRM.
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Agile and continuously learning mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to new trends and technologies.
Certifications in Digital Marketing Tools.
Experience in the retail sector or cross-border commerce is preferred.
