Digital Transformation: Execute digital transformation aligned with the company's objectives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience;
Technology Implementation and Integration:
Implement digital tools, software, and technologies that enhance project management, data analytics, customer engagement, and overall operational effectiveness;
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and adoption of digital solutions;
Continuous Process Improvement: Implement standardized processes and best practices across various departments to improve productivity and quality according to organization roadmap;
Change Management and Training:
Facilitate and support change management initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees for adopting new technologies and embracing process improvements;
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to utilize digital tools effectively;
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, showcasing progress, achievements, and opportunities for further enhancement;
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to quality, safety, health, environment related to the job scope in work place as required by the company;
Any other assignment as directed by the Manager – Digitalization and Continuous Improvement and management.
Job Requirement
Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field;
Minimum 3 years working experience in IT sector, and/or technology implementation roles;
Having knowledge of software applications availabilities in the market and constantly self-update on the developments of software/solutions;
Proficiency in MS Office applications and utilization;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties;
Able to work with minimum supervision and highly motivate to learn.
