Job Description

- Policy Development: Create and maintain safety and health policies tailored to organizational needs and monitor their implementation.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate workplace safety risks and propose and implement improvements.
- Training and Education: Design and deliver safety training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance.
- Audits and Evaluations: Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
- Incident Response: Develop response strategies for accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports.
- Data Management: Collect and analyze safety and health-related data to generate reports for management review.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to labor safety laws and regulations, implementing necessary actions to ensure compliance.
- Communication: Strengthen communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote a safety-focused culture.

Job Requirement

- English: Upper-Intermediate level (at least equivalent to TOEIC score 800)
- At least 5 years of practical experience in safety and health management
- Willing to go on business trip (domestic, overseas)
