Job Description

1.Handle Import - Export tasks
- Preparing the shipping documents
2.Handle the input, output warehouse documents
- Preparing the input, output warehouse documents.
3.Handle new PO
- Processing the new PO, created the new item code for the new PO and updated the VAT tax.
4.Follow Logistics cost
- Estimated tax and logistic costs
- Checking the debit note for domestic's supplier to issue VAT invoice.
- Make oversea payment request

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree (Logistics field is prefferable)
- English: Upper-Intermediate level.
- At least 5 years experience as Customs & related business field.
- Proficient in using VNACCS
- No job hopper (3 years in each company.)
