Document Controller - Outsourcing

Job Description

• Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop and enforce document control procedures to comply with project requirements.
• Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project logs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
• Assist in tracking project progress and preparing status updates.

Works shall be assigned:

• Responsible for receiving and transmitting documents for the Company Projects and maintaining the project's data.
• Handle tasks related to modification jobs.
• Assist the team in preparing labels for the received documents.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Control team.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in related major
• 1-2 years of experience as a Document Controller
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Proven experience in document control or project administration, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage and maintain file tracking systems effectively
• Ensure regular file backups are maintained
• Coordinate with teams and contractors for document receipt and management
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, teamwork, enthusiasm, and a hardworking attitude, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
