Document Controller (work at Dong Nai)

Job Description

The Document Controller is responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or Quality Management System, social, hard copy documentation be approved by departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. The purpose is to enforce controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of documents

1. Percent of total job: 80%

Allocates and controls the document numbering.

• Works with precision to ensure that all documents which accurately updates information as required
• Manages documents (internal & external)
• Checks compliance and quality of documents
• Maintains a list (register & files documents)
• Distributes documents to relevant people
• Reports on the progress of documents update.
• Provide Documents/ record training
