Job Description

Contact client/agent to get shipment detail.
Prepare Shipping Instruction submitted to carriers/co-loader
Submit SI, Filing AMS / ISF / E-manifest, Pre-, Billing,… ensuring correct and fully documents, limited loss maximum.
Issue the debit note/invoice to customers/ overseas for each shipment
Tracing shipments and update to customers & oversea partners.
Making weekly/monthly data report of the shipping plan
Report to manager or upper level when required
Complete the assigned job when required

Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade; Transportation.
At least 2 year experienced working for/with logistics forwarder. Having experience in US, Canada trade lane is an advantage
Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiasm & hard working.
Good at communication Skills (Negotiation & Convincible Skills)
Good command of English (both verbal & written)
Probation: 2 month
Working time ( 5 days/week): Monday to Friday: From 08h00 to 17h30
