Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical drawings in accordance with engineering specifications and project requirements for water treatment systems.
- Interpret data, drawings, and specifications to produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings.
- Assist and collaborate with the project team throughout project execution.
- Develop clear and precise technical drawings, including:
- 2D/3D models
- Skid fabrication drawings
- Piping isometric drawings
- Material BOM lists
- Installation drawings
- Support process managers and engineers in various project phases, including:
- Tender drawings
- Detailed design
- P&ID development
- Layout planning
- 3D model reviews
- As-built drawings
- Work closely with process engineers, project teams, production teams, and clients to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with drafting teams in other regions to ensure project alignment.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the water industry.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, AutoCAD Plant, or equivalent) for 2D and 3D drafting.
- Experience in drafting/designing piping and process flow diagrams (PFD/P&ID) for water treatment systems is an advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and piping systems.
- Ability to work closely with drafting teams in other regions.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
