Develop and implement online marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize the online customers’ experience and satisfaction, increase marketing effectiveness and increase online sales revenue (E-commerce Platform: Shopee, TikTokshop, Lazada…)
- Plan and collaborate with the internal sales/commercial team and external suppliers to build promotion campaigns to achieve the business KPIs (Sales, Engagement and Marketing objectives, …)
- Conceptualize and develop interesting/new campaigns with specific strategic directions (Platform campaigns, CAT campaigns,...)
- Work closely with the operation team to generate optimal solutions for the online campaigns’ promotional mechanisms, ensure the smooth execution of promotional deals
- Collect and review performance insights/data after the campaign and suggest key learnings for improvement.
- Monitor/ catchup E-Commerce trends, new initiatives, market best practices to find out more new initiatives for improving site conversion, shopper engagement.
- Involve & own, monitor relationships with external teams to run Ecommerce Projects to explore more new development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics (GPA 7.5 is a plus)
- At least 2-year experience in a similar field, preferable with experience in Ecommerce Platform or Ecommerce team of Brand
- Excel Master, Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication/negotiation skills
- Effective in time management, multitasking, planning and execution
- Optimistic with full of creative ideas
