The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's e-commerce operations, including website management, product setup, inventory management, content creation, and digital marketing activities. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient e-commerce experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Setup: Manage the setup and maintenance of product information, images, and inventory on the e-commerce platform.
Website Management: Oversee the creation and management of new collection/category pages, ensure website content is up-to-date, and implement design and functionality updates as needed.
Inventory Management: Monitor and update product stock levels and manage the product catalog to ensure accurate and timely information.
Promotions and Campaigns: Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including setting up discount codes, countdown timers, and other promotional elements on the website.
User Management: Manage the addition of new members to the e-commerce system and ensure user accounts are properly set up.
Product Feed and Advertising: Create and manage product feeds for advertising platforms, optimize ad campaigns, and track performance.
Customer Engagement: Implement features like customer ratings and reviews and manage the login and authentication process on the website.
Technical Setup: Collaborate with the IT team to set up and configure various e-commerce features, such as payment gateways, CRM integrations, and store locator functionality.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and customer behavior, to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, and customer experience management.
