Job Summary:
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of our online sales channels, including our website and various online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc…). This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
● E-commerce Platform Management:
○ Manage and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
○ Ensure website and marketplace platforms are up-to-date with the latest promotions, banners, and content.
○ Monitor website and marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns.
○ Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
● Digital Marketing & Sales:
○ Support to implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales across all online channels.
○ Support to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Marketplace Ads).
○ Support to conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search engines (SEO).
○ Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
○ Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to gain market share.
● Marketplace Management:
○ Manage and optimize product listings and store performance on various online marketplaces.
○ Implement marketplace-specific promotions and campaigns.
○ Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
○ Monitor marketplace performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
● Data Analysis & Reporting:
○ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer acquisition cost.
○ Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide insights to management.
○ Use data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
● Inventory Management:
○ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
○ Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
● Customer Service:
○ Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on online platforms.
○ Work with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Other Duties:
○ Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
○ Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall e-commerce strategy.
○ Perform other duties as assigned.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
● Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar role.
● Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc…).
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO).
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Results-oriented and highly motivated.
● Experience with the luxury retail industry.
● Fluency in English.
