The Brand Education Executive will build and manage the relationships with MVIP AFF Brands on all aspects related to brands’ education including new products, innovation, claims, region-wide campaigns and launches for the brand cluster. Adapts Brand-specific education content to meet local in-market requirements and leads to deliver all Brand-specific content to Commercial teams and Point-Of-Sales.
· In addition, the Brand Education executive will drive, reinforce and embed key learnings across Estée Lauder within local in-market.
· The Brand Education Executive will be the only and key lead for Sephora’s overall cast members on generic Skincare/ Makeup/ Fragrance training.
· This role works closely with in-market Consumer Engagement as well as in-market Retail Marketing for all brand activities etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Support MVIP Education Lead to drive and manage Brand Education & Brand specific Education Strategy for local in-market; construct in-market Education Calendar and align to Global and Regional Strategy
Interpret and adapt global and regional programs and curriculums for local relevance and delivery (including working with in-market CE on language translation)
Collate and communicate relevant marketing information quarterly across the relevant commercial teams and Point-Of-Sales
Oversee and execute full Brand Education curriculum - planning and scheduling in accordance with Brand standards and timelines - Digital platforms for self-learning and zoom seminars, as well as in-person trainings
Develop specific locally relevant in-store Education content for Commercial sales including product leave behinds information, in-store services menu, guidelines and How To's, tools, coaching tips and in store checklist; Prepares all relevant brand education documents for upload to SharePoint, Teams and Retail-On-The-Move (& other ePlatforms)
Support MVIP Education Lead in creating, writing, developing locally relevant Social Media Education Modules to upskill in-market brand talent for internal Brand and external consumer facing digital platforms, including use of new technology, iPhone apps and multimedia, video, and editing
Collaborate with in-market Brand team to provide seamless partnership and Education expertise and input relevant to all departments
Provide education related guidance and expertise to in-market Consumer Engagement and DCM teams on product ingredients, benefits, and legally approved product claims.
Monitor and work within budget cascaded by MVIP Education lead
Identify skill build opportunities capability gaps in Artistry brands and feedback to MVIP where applicable and assist to develop education programs to upskill consultants for both face-to-face and virtual services
Well-versed for public and media appearance, skilled in product application and demonstration, creative content creation and ability to be a spokesperson on social media
Work in collaboration with DCM and in-market Consumer Engagement on virtual platforms providing at home skincare, makeup service and fragrance consultations for consumers - e.g. master class, one on one services/selling, both online and offline
Partner with DCM for content needed to boost sales
Conduct special events in partnership with in-market Retail Marketing & CE
Utilize skincare/makeup/ fragrance expertise as well as extensive product knowledge to write scripts and design skin care/ makeup/ fragrance content for educational consumer facing CE content
Works with in-market Consumer Engagement on video and content creation to support new product launches, heroes, consumer education, technique, application, product information & latest trends via our brand social media platforms - IGTV, IG Stories, IG Live, images etc
Works with in-market Consumer Engagement to provide Education authority in production of in-store consumer facing Education tools, service menus and VM
Conduct Service training for the team to ensure high touch service
Partnership with in-market Commercial in the career development and coaching of all Point-of-Sales
Training and coaching Point-of-Sales including from distributors, retailers, pharmacy generic staff (where applicable) as well as deliver brand trainings to relevant brand partners
Deliver Corporate sales &/ Leadership programs to local teams where applicable
To complete any tasks / project involvement / corporate activities as required by Country and Commercial Manager and MVIP Education Lead
Job Requirement

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a general degree, preferably with a diploma in Training & Development, ACTA certified.
