Job Description
1. Job Overview
Work closely with Mechanical Maintenance Technician and production team to understand their requirements and make action to full fill them based on Electrical/Automation field.
Undertake PM, repairs and improvements of the electrical and automation control systems for all equipment in the plant.
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. Ensure all safety principle is actually implemented in all activities of repair or PM.
2.2. Carry out Preventive maintenance and repair all equipment in the Electrical/Automation tasks have been assigned.
2.3. Lead automation program with related functions/personnel
2.4. Lead improvement activities related to automation on assigned machine/area/projects.
2.5. Standardize current PLC program for all production lines
2.6. Owner historians system to tracking product issue
2.7. Lead/support project on electrical and automation field.
2.8. Propose to leader for upgrading, repairing components, parts of equipment to increase the reliability of machine and reduce energy cost.
2.9. Troubleshoot and find out the root cause of the problems happen to all machines in the factory cause by electrical/automation problem.
2.10. Instantly report any issue can’t find solution or potential problems to leader.
2.11. All equipment, tools shall be controlled for preventing loss, missing and un-proper use.
2.12. Follow work instructions/ procedures in repair and PM activities.
2.13. Create work instruction for electrical breakdown and skill up training for electrical team.
2.14. Train electrical team on how to PM and repair control systems.
2.15. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
2.16. Having the authorities within the assigned function.
2.17. Adhere Company quality systems.

Job Requirement
4. Education and working experience required
4.1. Education: Bacholor’s Degree in Electrical/Automatic Engineering
4.2. Experience:
4.2.1. Professional experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience of electrical/ automation maintenance in manufacturing company
4.2.2. Leadership experience: N/A
5. Competencies required
Technical knowledge
Rockwell PLC, HMI.
FVR (Full voltage reversing starter), VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) and servo motion control
Pneumatic and hydraulic control system and component.

5. Prerequisites for the assignment
Language
Intermediate communication in English (both verbal and written)
